Custom Designed for Smoking Applications

Round Tubes & Downflow

Smoky exhaust enters evenly into the collecting tubes.  Condensation on the inside of the tubes allows a continuous flow of dirty particles into the bottom hopper.

Rigid Electrodes

Rigid electrodes hang from the high voltage frame.  Particles are driven to the collecting surface by the industry leading high voltage design.

Power Supply

High voltage is supplied by an industrial quality transformer.  Power transformers can be customized based on available voltage at the customer's facility.

Control Screens and Diagnostics

Control screens provide complete system review and diagnostics.

Exhaust Fan Control

An integral variable speed drive allows the user to set fan speed to match your smoker exhaust needs.

How Does Electrostatic Precipitation Work?

A high voltage field is created by the transformer.  This field creates a plasma region through which the particulate flows.  The particles are energized with a negative polarity. Once they receive a negative charge, they migrate quickly to the collection surface.  With vertical tubes, the particles gravity flow down into the collection hopper.
