Meat Smoking

Designed specifically for the commercial meat smoking industry where the temperature is low, and the particulate concentration is a problem.

Fish and Poultry

While this technology was developed specifically for the meat smoking industry, it can be applied to other smoking applications as well.  The system is robust and can tolerate a wide range of temperatures, smoke concentrations and corrosive compounds.

Commercial Kitchen Exhaust

Some large commercial kitchens run into the same problems that commercial smokers face:  wet, oily, difficult to remove smoke.  This unit will work.  It won't integrate directly into the commercial hood, but it can be used on a roof top or next to the kitchen.

Other Applications
